We currently deliver across India.
Some remote locations may have limited or no delivery service. Customers will be informed if their area is not serviceable.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

Delivery timelines typically range from 5–7 business days within India, depending on the delivery location.
SeedVanam is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

Standard shipping charges may apply and will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Free shipping may be offered on specific products, promotions, or order values (if applicable).

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS to monitor your shipment status.
Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to be updated by the courier service.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos as proof.
In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner and provide a replacement or refund as applicable.

7. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
